With this 3 machine system you can take full advantage of the saving you get running flanged duct from coil. This 3 machine semi automatic system produces flanged duct with a machine closed seam at a lower total investment than a full automatic coil line. It is a good solution for smaller companies with lower production requirements that want to automate production and can accept the lower production capacity that a semi automatic system provides. This system can be upgraded to a full automatic line in the future.

Specifications

• 1. Square-3: uncoil, bead, notch, cut to length and form Pittsburgh male and female seams
• 2. Flange Roll former: choose PDF-3 flange or TDCF flange
• 3. Auto folder : The Autofolder forms the wrap duct and closed the Pittsburgh seam.
